Seafood Rice

Clean and wash the seafood. Boil them and then peel them.


Ingredientes

500 gr (2 c) of Bom Sucesso Carolino Rice
500 gr (17.6 oz) of Mussels
500 gr (17.6 oz) of Clams500 gr (17.6 oz) of Shrimp
4 Crab Claws
Olive Oil
2 glasses of White Wine
2 medium chopped onions
3 ripe tomatoes
1 green pepper
2 chopped cloves of garlic
1 bunch of Coriander
Salt and Pepper to taste


Preparação

Clean and wash the seafood. Boil them and then peel them. Press the shrimp shells and heads and pass it through a sieve as to give flavour to the boiling water. Make soup with this.

 

Sauté the onion, the pepper in little cubes, chopped garlic and ripe tomatoes in olive oil. Add wine and let it stay a little longer. Add the reserved soup and let it boil. Then add the rice (4 cups of soup per cup of rice), let it boil for 12 minutes, add the seafood and chopped coriander, adjust the seasoning, and let it cook for another 3 minutes.

 

Remove the pan from the flame and decorate it as you wish using whole seafood. Best served immediately.
